GeoSpec+ NMR Core Analyzer is the industry standard NMR rock core analyzer, with installations in almost every major oil producer and SCAL laboratory world-wide. Three models are available operating at 2MHz, 12MHz, and 20MHz.
NMR rock core flow study apparatus

Green Imaging and Oxford Instruments jointly designed and build the P5 and P10 NMR overburden cells allowing users to seamlessly incorporate flow studies into there lab capabilities.

These cells are the only commercially available NMR compatible confining and flow pressure cells designed and build involving the hardware manufacturer.

This means the cell can be fully integrated with the NMR instrument eliminating signal loss, signal interference and fill factor issues.

Providing a range of configurations to meet the specific needs of various types of users from well log calibrations, to fluid typing and pore network analysis to advanced measurements such as 2D correlation maps and capillary pressure measurements.

The combination of Oxford’s robust and reliable hardware and Green Imaging’s easy to use, adaptable and feature rich software, the GeoSpec delivers the data they need in a repeatable and trusted manner.

Three models, to suit all needs
  • 2 MHz to reduce artefacts caused by ferromagnetic material in the samples and to mimic the operation of NMR logging tools.
  • 12 MHz for increased sensitivity on low porosity samples, or to decrease measurement time.
  • 23 MHz for the highest sensitivity measurements on small samples.
Q-Sense technology

For short echo times to see small pores and improve the accuracy of porosity measurements.

Range of probe sizes

From ½ inch to 2 inches diameter, to maximize efficient measurement of all core sizes.

Pulsed field gradients options

Allows advanced measurements such as capillary pressure, saturation profiles and 2D data analysis for fluid typing
